I have finally uploaded the pics! But nothing really fantastic this time 'round; I think I took better pics in sec 4 Env Bio. Labrador and Bukit Timah pics separated due to length. I don't think blogger has the equivalent of an LJ cut...

The shore as it appeared when we arrived at 5pm

Dead coral

Alexis overturning a stone covered with... sponge, or sea squirt, or something

Definitely a sponge this time

Tunicate? Sponge?

Hermit crab!

Halimedas - calcified and hard, feels like cornflakes xP

No idea what this is but it looks cool

Sea grapes

Mosaic Crab (
Lophozozymus pictor) - one of the most poisonous crabs on Singapore shores (only when ingested)

Cat's eye/Turban shell - named for the resemblance of the operculum (foot closure) to a cat's eye

Colonial anemones surrounding a mollusc

more (green! <3) colonial anemones

Bladder wrack (I think)

(the underside of) a sea slug

Spider! No idea what type.

And the jetty as it appeared when we left just past 6pm
Overall an educational and eventful trip! Will need to go back another day to explore more since there wasn't really much time this round.
